A Little Bit About Me
I'm an actor. I have a BFA in acting from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as voice training from Boston University, and musical theatre training from American Musical & Dramatic Academy in New York. My roles have ranged from musical comedy leads to the chorus in a Greek drama. I love it ALL! I am a co-founder of As If Theatre Company in Kenmore, WA and I know every bit of the time, sweat, tears, and laughs (SO many laughs!) that goes into bringing something creative to life.

Acting is the best form of play. To create characters and really dig into them (whether a short sketch or an epic drama) is my biggest joy. I LOVE TO PLAY!

I am an entertainment industry professional. I have worked as a leader in PR and marketing for over twenty years, promoting everything from Nickelodeon and DreamWorks family shows to Broadway national tours. I have a keen sense of how to promote a brand.
I am an avid hiker and lover of the Pacific Northwest! Having spent the last 18 years in the Seattle area, I have discovered my love for hiking and exploring many of the trails Washington has to offer. I challenge myself in ways I never thought I would. It's one of the most rewarding activities I do.
Okay, this is not in Washington. This is me in Virginia at McAffee Knob, part of the Appalachian Trail. Talk about feeling like a badass!

I love my life! I have three cool kids, a fantastic (and hilarious) husband, incredible friends (old and new), three dogs and a hamster. I'm a little bit of a crazy-dog-lady, and I may run a Facebook page for the hamster (@donnathehamster).
I laugh hard and work hard, and fully believe that kindness is the only way.
